This is my grocery store growing up and it’s always been a great place. The store has come a long way, the variety in foods, a great beer selection, and a modern redesign in recent years has done this place well and for a chain grocery store is extremely well managed and stands apart. What Diana Tapia doesn't like about Raley's:
If I can put no stars I would . The cashier 's are not polite at all . I always say hi , and I don 't get a hi back or even a glance like if I 'm not even acknowledged . Other customers get greeted and asked how their shopping experience was and I never do . I honestly believe because I don 't fit in or look like I live in the area . And I 'm Hispanic . Called in at 6:23 a.m. spoke with DorothyWho not onlyDidn't want to check to see if they had any Enfamil powder the yellow can. She told me the person who works that department is out and that she is short staff. I asked her if she can check. She was rude and hung up on me. I called back only for her to tell me call back later.Smh
Price's on things r a little high but other than that great customer service and self checking no problem
Love our local Raleys and especially like the fresh bread and Chinese food. Produce is always fresh and ready to eat.
Busy but able to get checked out quickly. Friendly staff and very helpful
Store is clean and organized. Deli staff, is friendly and Sandwhiches taste pretty good. I will go back. Although, I bought some pre-cut Cantaloupe and it was dry and not ripe. Bummer
