Inspire Coffee - Lodi

The staff at this restaurant can be quite intimidating! However, it's wonderful to have friendly hosts. I always leave feeling happy after my visits.

The atmosphere in the café is wonderful, with great décor and a cozy couch that provides a comfortable seating area. The ambiance is calm and the place is impeccably clean. While I didn’t try any baked goods myself, my daughter brought home a birthday cake bar, and I’m definitely going to sneak a taste of that later! We also had the pleasure of meeting Lance, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even support local entrepreneurs by allowing them to set up pop-up shops outside. Today, there was a tiny soap company showcasing their handmade products. It was a great experience overall—thank you for the support!

The coffee is incredible, and the team is outstanding! This place is truly a hidden gem in the neighborhood!

Attended the Coffee Tasting session on March 26th 2022. The host, Lance, was welcoming, entertaining, knowledgeable and very informative. The table setting was prepared for us with coffee samples for tasting, bottled water to cleanse our palates a complimentary bag of coffee. The hour long session was about the right amount of time for all that he covered and enough time for Q A's also. Would recommend this event to anyone interested in a fun, interesting morning activity. Hopefully, Inspire coffee adds Coffee Brewing Techniques, or other interesting topics to their repertoire! Thanks! Yes, the coffee afterwards, was delicious as well as the pastry.

Cold brew coffee was good, rose latte was great, picked up a two bags of beans, polite staff. My only bit of feedback would be adding flavor notes on bags or on a card near the beans.
