It was a november night when we left our hotel to go to an adventurous hunting after a place to know evening that most facilities would be close in this dead year. but there was le gibus, all lit. with the inviting Ouvert sign. we were met by the tasteful decor and I especially loved the antique china. we were informed that they were reeditions of records of the 30s. with few customers this evening we had the full but discreet attention of the owners. there was a wood grill next to which we sat when it was windy, wet and cold outside and when we were in the bretagne, we used the order of seafood. we started with a hot fish soup that was roasted with a roulette, grated cheese and broth fresh from the grill. then we decided to have melted butter, which has a roasted potato, a surprising ratatouille cooked with ice cream, a small piece of delicious rice and half a boiled tomato all this accompanied by an excellent muscadet. it was really an excellent way to celebrate our Thanksgiving evening that we did not think that a dessert was necessary to take the meal.
