I recently learned that the KFC in Lockport doesn’t have the potpies that are prepared for the Taco Bell menu, even though they are part of the same company.

They asked if I would like to return for the biscuits, but that wasn... read more But here’s the problem: when I got home, I realized there were no KFC biscuits in my order! They asked if I would like to return for the biscuits, but that wasn’t convenient. Just last month, when I ordered a 12-piece dinner with mac and cheese, I ended up with coleslaw and mashed potatoes instead of what I ordered. Now I’m missing biscuits and got something else I didn't ask for. And they expect to pay employees $15 an hour? It’s frustrating!

Th... read more In July 2022, I visited a KFC in Lockport, IL, and had a great experience. The portions were generous, with large pieces of chicken, and the sides were full. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit. I returned to KFC after having a disappointing experience at a nearby chicken restaurant (you probably know which one I'm talking about, named after a cartoon character), which has really gone downhill. There, the chicken pieces were small, the sides were barely filled, and the staff seemed more interested in their phones or chatting with each other than serving customers. Plus, the inside was always closed! So I was very pleased with my time at KFC.
