Dunkin' - Lockport

I ordered two strawberry dragonfruit refreshers with extra syrup, but the lady working in the morning responded rudely, saying there’s no such thing as a syrup. All I wanted was for my refresher to be sweeter, but when I received my drinks, they were bitter and had no sugar. I also ordered two avocado toasts, but they served me the smallest ones they had, and they barely had any avocado on them.

I visit this restaurant often and always enjoy my time there. The staff is friendly, although they can be a bit rushed, which makes sense given the large number of customers they serve. Since their dining room is closed, I had to walk up to the drive-thru window today to fix an issue with an incorrect item in my order. They handled it well, though, and even gave me some hash browns to make up for the mistake.

The service was absolutely terrible. I waited for over ten minutes with three cars ahead of me, and no one was taking orders. Once I was finally able to place my order, it took another ten minutes to reach the window. After waiting for five minutes and watching two staff members just stand around laughing, without anyone taking my payment, I decided to leave. This location consistently has the worst service I've experienced.

Nice area and a different business than I often, but all are okay, but this is my getaway shop from the others and close, the kids are beautiful, I am a dunkin hacker: we have so many dunkin donuts shops north to south and west and east They call it we have tried alot, lol, I have reasons why I miss the one on 159 and this is my DD history.
