Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lockport

I placed an online order for my bowl at this restaurant and found that something was missing. However, Vince from this location quickly rectified the situation without any hassle. I believe that more fast food restaurants should have employees like Vince.

Every time I order online, they consistently mess up my order. I have had to throw out my food multiple times, and just recently, they gave me someone else's order. I didn't realize it until I got home and opened the bowl. The service at this place is terrible, so I do not recommend going here.

Do we have to go inside to order every time we want Chipotle? Ordered online for quick pick-up, two different bowls with different ingredients. When I got home and opened the bag, the bowls were identical. The chicken was overcooked and chewy...I threw it out. I tip, I round up...all good things to help these kids out. Why can't they pay attention and get the orders correct? I agree with others who have stated the amount of ingredients leaves a lot to be desired. There's a much different experience when you go inside to order. This was the THIRD time this has happened and it wasn't busy enough to justify such a mistake. Three strikes you're out! I'm done with this place.

I've been here several times and it's never consistent. There have been times that my food is fine and times that I spend $12 just to not be able to eat my food when I get home because the rice isn't cooked or I have to spend time pulling out massive chunks of lettuce that aren't cut or meat that wasn't shredded, go to one of the places next door, they're all more consistent

The staff at this restaurant are inexperienced and rude, often getting orders wrong. They could benefit from customer service training or simply improve their job performance.
