Skinners - Lockport

I had a delicious hand-made burger with a yummy gluten-free bun at Skinners in Lockport by the river. The manager was attentive when I asked about allergy protocols, went to talk to the kitchen, and brought the burger out to our table, marked special for my child. The fries are not cooked separately, but the ice cream was delicious. It's worth noting that the location on the highway may not have the gluten-free buns available.

The burger was delicious with a tasty and chewy bun. I will definitely be returning!

The staff was very informed about cross-contamination and the hamburger was delicious!
