Wendy's - Lockport

I often order this Wendy's location and normally the quality is great! This last couple of times I have ordered, although it seems that the intercom for the drive thru does not work properly or the people who take my order do not listen because I have the opposite of what I command. I still eat it because it's a good meal, but I'd like what I ordered. Food is great and people are polite, but I think they try to go too fast when it's busy and don't listen.

Love to get their burgers in their hairdressers, and now I found out that they are serving them strawberry feasts that are great.

This restaurant is always consistently delicious. The food is truly mouthwatering and I give it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. The chicken here is absolutely fantastic and the combination of flavors in each dish is simply amazing.

I never leave bad reviews, but this is pathetic. I ordered the chicken sandwich biggie meal, it comes with a sandwich, medium fry, medium drink and 4 pc nugget... I also ordered a 6 piece nugget. Apparently the store was out of nuggets so I asked to have all the nuggets replaced with a sour cream and butter baked potato and they refused saying theres too much of a price difference and theyll give me fries. I ended up with 2 large fries, a medium fry and a small fry, all absolutely disgusting, stiff, and cold, and they also put all the fries on top of my now squished chicken sandwich. I ended up checking the prices of the potato and turns out its cheaper than the 10 nuggets I had replaced with nasty fries. Im absolutely aggravated that I spent $18 on food thats not even eatable.

The spicy nuggets seemed slightly burnt or had been sitting out for too long, but other than that, everything else was good.
