What Dan D doesn't like about Subway:
Where's the Beef? While the older lady who served me was lovely, I was extremely disappointed with the sandwich I purchased today. I'm not sure if it's the location or the corporate office to blame, but the roast beef sandwich I received bore almost no resemblance to the pictures of the generously stacked roast beef sandwiches advertised. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. View all feedback.

I had a great experience at the restaurant. The woman working there was very professional—kind and courteous. They offer a variety of vegetarian options, using any available vegetables. For those with dietary restrictions, they have gluten-free and vegetarian meals. The atmosphere is family-friendly, making it a nice place for kids. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible and provides designated parking for handicapped visitors. I opted for takeout during lunch, and the service was excellent.
The service was excellent; the staff member was very patient and kind.
It got even worse when Marylin, displaying an unbelievable attitude, told me this pitiful excuse for a sandwich would set me back $10. I couldn't believe how she was speaking to me. She then had the nerve to threaten me, saying, “You are on camera being rude to me, and I could care less. I have another job anyway.” I was in shock; I had never been treated with such disrespect before. At that moment, I decided I had had enough. I asked her to cancel the sandwich and vowed never to return to that place. As I left, she muttered some profanities under her breath. To make matters worse, this wasn’t the first time I’d had a bad experience at this Subway. On a previous visit, they charged me an outrageous $24 for a sandwich. I had hoped that was just an isolated incident, but clearly, it wasn’t. I regret not taking a picture of that sandwich, as it was truly unbelievable. In conclusion, I would not wish this Subway experience on anyone. The combination of high prices, terrible customer service, and insulting treatment from the staff is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone thinking of eating at this establishment to stay away unless they enjoy being overcharged and mistreated.
