Lovely food at good prices, served in lovely surroundings by pleasant, welcoming staff. Sunday roast and fish and chips followed by sticky toffee pudding and custard and a mountain sized berry mess. View all feedback.
What IznBenj doesn't like about The Three Churches:
Compared to our last visit there have been improvements but food still not quite hitting the mark. For what I got it was very overpriced. Gammon steak was more like a very thick piece if bacon but was tasty. Peas nice and fresh. Chips were not nice but this could be down to being between potato seasons. Fish mum had she enjoyed but greasy. She didn't touch her chips. Not as long a wait as it used to be though and cur... View all feedback.
Always good food, good drink, great atmosphere, and wonderful host and hostess. Susan, Tony and all the staff provide a welcoming place to gather in the village. They open their rooms for small business/social groups to meet. They are always ready to pitch in and help support local and national charities through onsite and offsite events. They are a valued gem in our community. My Wife is from Texas and she agrees, they welcome all with a big HOWDY!
Walked over with Percy to try the place out after rave reviews from friends Nice friendly welcome Percy loved it too Had a seat but Percy was wanting to be nosey lol Percy got his puppychino which he loved a had a nice cold beer Lunch was lovely with Percy not leaving a drop Very reasonably priced as well
I visited this restaurant with my 2 children for lunch and was so disappointed, the WORSE FOOD and WORSE SERVICE Ive experienced in a very long time. Staff have a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. I ordered lentil soup, which wasn't lentil soup atall as it had lots of ham all through it, the waitress told me it was lentil? My 3 year olds meal came out quickly which was chicken nuggets then myself and my 12 year old's food arrived 35 minutes later!!! When I asked the waitress why it was taking so long she had a really negative, awful attitude, (despite us still waiting for our food and my 3 year old had already eaten) argued that I asked for the soup with the children's meal, this does not mean I want us all to eat at different times??? It beggers belief why my two children's meals didn't come out at the same time . This was a very painful experience. Not once were we asked how our food was and not once given an apology. Also, please note that this restaurant does not participate in the government initiative of 50% off during August due to Covid. I would suggest AVOIDING THIS RESTAURANT at all costs unless you want awful food and terrible food.
Fun but relaxed atmosphere. Great food menu and the food was outstanding, just dont eat a thing before you go as the portions are MASSIVE. Great selection of drinks. The staff could not be any more helpful and polite. Amazing value for money
Great tasting food with fabulous service! Been in several times over the last few months and I have never been disappointed. Love our newly run local.
