A fantastic find. We chose the ‘5 Sens’ menu. The amuse bouche was out of this world and bode well for the rest of the courses and we were not disappointed. Exceptional service from Jessica who showed patience and humour well above her young age. We will be back! View all feedback.
What Paul V doesn't like about Arbore Sens:
The steack hache has the taste of a lot of ketchup! And the french Fries where baked too much ! For the agneau ' the meat wasn 't agneau but old lamb ! Ones but never again for this price we expect at least good quality View all feedback.
After a few months, back in this restaurant where the meals are superb, for the eye and presentation, for the taste and mixtures of flavors, for the dishes tasted with a careful, friendly and kind service. a rare address, full of surprises, which deserves a clue. the best restaurant in the region, deserves a star.
There are a lot of tables, you really have to book. very warm place, very warm welcome. professional service, efficient. what we eat is excellent. It was perfect in time. It's beautiful, it's very good, a ravishing of eyes and flavors present. The kitchen worked with talent. and the presentation dishes are just beautiful! You are responsible for this team that can work. You'd deserve a star. Thank you for this great gastronomic moment.
Second visit to this Loches restaurant inbetween which it has achieved star status with Michelin. food was special and presentation extraordinary. We chose the 5 Temps menu with paired wines, and began with a cocktail maison which triggers superb nibbles. Presentation of all plates was sensational, with colour enhanced with edible flowers which all gave an extra flavour to these superbly prepared dishes. Particularly enhancing was the use of fruit in vegetable accompaniments to the fish and chicken dishes. The crockery used was stunning. the dining experience lasted 3 hours and the service was top class from all the team. This restaurant is now up with the best in all of France and this young chef is making a name for himself outside the region. The courgette flower course is becoming his signature dish and is exceptional. For this quality the price is excellent, though obviously the most expensive in town. For a dining experience you will never forget treat yourself. Congratulations to Clement, Oceane and all the team.
If you want the best, you have to pay, although this restaurant offers top quality at all levels. If you want the five-course tasting menu, it is something you will not forget.
