daniela, one of the managers of the restaurants, was amazing. she was there to welcome us to the cozy escapade. it was old-fashioned, but unique zb books there from the 1930s. the food was also excellent, and if they think about it, they eat in a closed, how cool is that? definitely a place to try and maybe stay in the future. Lovely grounds. The castle is absolutely stunning. The food was really good. The wild boar stew was a bit on the tough side but flavoured well. The olive oil was lovely and it's a shame we could not buy some, as we had to rush after our lunch. The wine from the Castle was great and it is a must try. The Wonderful lady taking care of us was friendly and gave great recommendations. I would highly recommend visiting the castle and in summer, I am sure a lunch or dinner outdoor would be stunning.

The food was excellent as well, and if you think about it, you’re eating in a castle how cool is that? Definitely a place to try and perhaps stay at in the future.
