Tim Hortons - Lloydminster

Gave me the wrong order Trainee error Clean place Certainly busy on a Friday morning Pretty standard fare.

Stopped by on our way through and ordered a coffee and a French vanilla. It took them over 5 minutes to get our coffees to us despite not being busy and when I got back to the car, I found they had given us a double double instead of a French vanilla. When o brought it back in to get my original order, they accused me of not paying for a French vanilla and rather just a second coffee so I pulled out my phone and showed them the total I paid via my phone app. Was humiliating! We are lovers of Tim Hortons and buy from them all over the country but we most certainly will not be back to this location.

Service was on the slow side, clerk was let's say not on the friendly side, my wife strained her back trying to exit the location with 2 lattes in her hands, she had trouble trying to slide a piece at the same time pushing on opening the door, 2 advils needed to assist...

I thought the server was more interested in getting us in and out than actually serving us. It seemed to me that he thought he was doing us a favour.

Coffee was fresh but limited amount of baking out at 6 am. Two bagels. Staff were courteous and service was a bit slow.
