Terrible service. Staff didn’t even acknowledge us as we stood at the till. Looked like a bunch of staff were just checking off checklists on a clipboard. We finally had to say hello and staff didn’t look too impressed that we “bothered” them. View all feedback.

I am a long-term Starbucks fan who has yet to leave a public review. The staff at the Starbucks location (at the west end of Lloydminster) are amazing! Whether I order via the drive-thru or in the store the friendly smiles, waves and kind conversation are always extended.Thank you for modelling great customer service and for creating a really positive experience each time I visit!

Stopped here after a really long road trip and the staff was amazing! The barista taking my order had exactly the energy I needed and was super fun and kind, the baristas making drinks were very responsive and on top of things, making sure they knew who was waiting for which drink. Always good when a quick coffee trip becomes a fun memory :
