Went for lunch during their operating hours, doors were locked and no one answered the phone. For context it was a Thursday at 1140.

Best food in town. We regularly make the half-hour drive just to eat here. Hands down best salt and pepper calamari I have ever had. Everything else we have tried on menu is top notch. Always order more than we can eat but leftovers are awesome. Fast attentive service.

We were travelling and stopped in after reading the reviews. Wow! Delicious food! We ordered ginger beef, shrimp cashews and Cantonese chow mein. All items were fresh and delicious. Portions are big! Very kind staff and the prices are very reasonable. Well done Shangri-la!

I have lived in Lloydminster my entire life. Growing up, it was just my mom and my two siblings. Money was tight, but when we ate out, we ate at Shangri-las. As adults, we would physically go down to the restaurant and order food to take out if they didn't answer the phone. The food was world-class. The best Chinese food I have ever eaten. Since the new owner has taken over the food quality and taste has gone downhill. We have always spent $150 or more on each order and we are so dissatisfied with our orders as of late. The owner needs to hear our pleas and bring back the original rrecipes. He will lose alot of money from the lifers who will just stop going there.
