Then when I did get it the chicken was like, folded over before they cooked it? There was a layer of undercooked breading that was just very off-putting. By time I got back home the fries had gone cold and chewy. My wife’s chicken strips and fries were fine though hence why not a 1 star review

I waited for 25 30mins for my order watched 2 orders behind me get served first and leave and was still waiting, then my wife went in and got our 16 dollars back because we were fed up with waiting, with no explanation on what was taking so damn long. This is completely unacceptable from an A&W restaurant 100% i will not be back for nothing. The workers must not be trained enough to run these machines. Do better A&W

You were pleasant on mic but I could tell you didn't like the idea of making the breakfast sandwich ? thats on your menu (along with beyond meat burger). I wouldn't have complained if this was the usual. Anyway, Thanks though girl hope you have a great shift

Smells like farts as soon as you open the door and then you realize it’s the heavy amounts of chemicals in the air from the cleaning products. It’s almost a rotten smell. Everything else here has always been great but the past few times, the smell has forced me to say something. It’s gross. I wouldn’t be able to dine in with that much chemical aroma.
