Fantastic! the cleaning is standard of the house, even in the bathrooms. fully recommended. Even today I want those great and warm professionals.

Their fruit tarts are a must-try for any pastry enthusiast. These high-end creations are a testament to Tugues’ mastery of the pastry arts. The combination of fresh, seasonal fruits and delicate pastry crust is simply divine. I also recommend the exceptional cocas de recapte and caracoles a la gormanda. The cocas de recapte, a traditional Catalan dish consisting of a thin crust topped with a variety of locally sourced ingredients, were bursting with flavor and served as a delightful savory option. And the caracoles a la gormanda, a regional delicacy of slow-cooked snails in a rich sauce, were an absolute delight for the taste buds.
