We stopped off the highway for lunch, and stumbled into this gem! Wonderful staff delicious food! The Bacalllao was SO good and the joyful attitude of the waitress made it all even better!

We were welcomed by the lady owner... read more We were a group of 10 persons who happened to walked in this restaurant on a Sunday where most restaurant were still closed. We were welcomed by the lady owner and her husband. On top of the food we have ordered from their menu, they offer to make us 2 variety of paella, which was not in their menu. Despite having our fill of the seafood dishes we have ordered and finished, the paella (which was served last) was simply irresistible. It was the best tasting paella we had in this trip. Not only did we enjoy the food, but the hospitality of the owners and their staff were indeed very delightful.

The food is excellent, does not cost much, and the service is so kind and personal.

We both had the weekend menu which was 25€ per head. The only thing that annoyed me a little was that the price didn't include tax so we actually paid 55€ instead of the expected 50€. Not the end of the world though. And at that price for good food in a nice setting with very good service, I don't think you can go wrong for a 4 course meal with drinks included!

Simple food and without pretensions, it is really the one that I look for and drop me but the product is not at the height of what we paid, the octopus was good... read more Simple food and without pretensions, it is really the one that I look for and drop me but the product is not at the height of what we paid, the octopus was good but it was not spectacular, 18€ for a dish of ham cut to machine, the snails a little dry and too oily, for me it is not a place to repeat, besides the local needs better extraction and urgent reform.
