Iv recently visited the plough and Harrow llansamlet, Friendly staff ! Were amazing with me when asked about my gluten tolerance and what was available to me ! My first and certainly not my last visit! Martyna and Paul were incredible! Introduced themselves! Made conversation with us! The whole place was spotless. The toilets are also fully stocked and spotless! You can tell the staff take extra care with ensuring the toilets and the whole place stays clean at all times. Food was incredible! HOT! FRESH! Absolutely incredible! The only time I had to get up was to another round for the fam! So cheap for the 5 of us! Inc drinks! Bargain! Not to mention the desserts! The staff here are all very polite delivering amazing customer service. Food 10/10 Staff 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 We will be back for sure.
