We stayed here for our 5th anniversary and had a wonderful time. The building is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. The luxury bath products and the stunning gardens added to our experience. The pool and steam room were fantastic extras! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. View all feedback.

Secondly, the dining experience was disappointing. I ordered the lasagna, which turned out to be one of the worst I’ve ever had, and it was nearly £17. I would recommend avoiding the restaurant altogether if you're looking for tasty food.
We were for a night. easy to find, plentiful parking in a beautiful and quiet environment. really friendly and friendly staff. the bar staff is so beautiful. room was spacious, clean and comfortable. there is a swimming pool and a sauna that we did not use, but saw was clean. the food was edible, but not pleasant.
What a nice hotel. my room was fantastic and absolutely huge! the food was nice and the staff was fantastic. Unfortunately, yesterday I did not get the name of the young man in the bar, or the man who waited for our table, but her service was wonderful. nicky the recipeist this morning was also praised for their customer service. very friendly and had time for us. all the staff we met were a credit to their hotel. we can't wait to come back and stay.
The main areas of the hotel were fine but felt a bit outdated. You could tell that 25 years ago this place would have been spectacular, but unfortunately, it has lost some of its luster and some areas are a bit scruffy. The bar area was spacious with comfortable couches, and the wine list was quite good. The wellness center and swimming pool have the potential to be fantastic amenities, but the attention to detail seems to have been overlooked. There were a couple of old loungers scattered by the pool, a functional but dated sauna, and a gym that featured a handful of outdated machines in somewhat damp conditions, which was disappointing. Old photos suggest that the pool once had an inviting atmosphere, but now it feels bare and stark. We didn’t see anyone else using the facilities besides ourselves and a few staff members. On the plus side, the pool was clean and usable. Breakfast was acceptable, offering a small selection of cooked breakfasts and eggs, along with a central table filled with cereals, juices, and pastries. However, both times we had breakfast, we had to ask for toast, even though it was offered to others around us, and the same went for tea and coffee. The staff were friendly, but during busier times, they seemed overwhelmed. Overall, this hotel is a decent option for a short stay if you’re visiting the area, but if you’re looking for a modern, well-staffed spa hotel, this isn't it. With some modernization and care in both the rooms and public areas, it could become a fantastic hotel!
