What Kyra Sica doesn't like about Penbont Inn:
Didn't eat or drink here, just stayed in a room upstairs. The service was very pleasant and helpful, the kitchen is well equipped with milk, cereal, crockery etc. It could be said you get what you pay for in terms of the quality and cleanliness of the room and bathroom e.g. a few cobwebs and one duvet and the hand towel in the bathroom smelt of smoke. Embedded for a quick pint back from llanberis beautiful clean local with inviting renters and renters. we'll call next time.
Stop here for two nights in one of the four bed rooms , great base for all the attractions. The staff are brilliant really friendly, the food is excellent a real good honest pub . Definitely go back for another stay .
Friendly local pub with good beer and food. Service is always welcoming and the meals are basic pub food like chilli, spaghetti Bolognese, burgers etc but all are tasty and reasonable value. We ate there twice and didn't wait longer than 20 minutes. Tried the pizza, gammon and chips, Bolognese, chicken bites and chilli. All were good. Dogs are welcome and there's somewhere to sit outside, plus a pool table.
Great pub, with a fantastic and lively atmosphere. We played here recently at an 80s night and had a lot of fun.
Great pub food, lovely people. 10/10 would recommend, would love to go back again.
