We visited this restaurant on our first night in Póo and sadly this was our only visit. The location is lovely but the food wasn't that great, the paella was down right dull and uninspiring. We visited this restaurant on our first night in Póo and sadly this was our only visit. The location is lovely but the food wasn't that great, the paella was down right dull and uninspiring. The waitresses were great but the waiter was very rude, dismissive and unfortunately by the end of the evening he seemed to be the only one left. We asked for a coffee and he said, no, not yet, excuse me, I think you will find that we are the customers??! Such a shame as I'm sure we would have been back many times had we had a better experience. However on a much more positive note there is a big tented area in the car park behind that we did frequent on many occasions. Soooo chilled out, fantastic gins, lovely friendly staff, would definitely recommend a few tipples there!
Un lugar sin ínfulas ni pretensiones de ser más de lo que es, un hotel familiar en que te sientes rápidamente como en casa, cuya terraza tiene unas vistas impagables sobre la playa de Poo y donde desayunar con la playa y la terraza para ti…no tiene precio. Eva está a la cabeza de un equipo que funciona a la perfección y que hace que todo funcione sin que parezca que cuesta…cuando quienes somos del gremio sabemos lo que es. Para disfrutarlo realmente…mejor ir fuera de temporada alta. No es lo mismo la tranquilidad entre semana en mayo, junio y septiembre que ir en Julio o en Agosto puesto que es una playa tranquila y protegida para ir con niños y en periodo de vacaciones escolares…se llena.
El sitio es espectacular y si te quedas a dormir despertar en esa playa es toda una experiencia. El arroz negro riquísimo y Eva y todo el personal un encanto de personas que te hacen sentir como en casa. Hemos ido varias veces y volveremos sin duda.
Wonderful views, with terrace to the sea, sand walking. very quiet beach, like a swimming pool. the hotel restaurant, very homemade, are charming people. I have been coming for 15 years and I don't get tired.
Bar con encanto! La atención es sobresaliente, la comida deliciosa y a un precio muy adecuado. ¡Los pintxos son exquisitos, hay algo para beber y es ideal para pasar un buen rato!
