I was disappointed with my experience at the cafe. The process for getting food needs improvement. After paying at the counter for cakes, it took 12 minutes for them to be brought to our table, and we weren't allowed to pick them up ourselves at the counter. On the positive side, the quality of the food was excellent. However, there was only one restroom for each gender, which resulted in long wait times.
