a very cozy place with very nice employees. a great view of the coast. on the level of quality of food ... average too low. it's a shame because the place is excellent. only enjoy them that is enough. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Terrassa:
the expensive restaurant for more than average kitchen, the showers look like plastic. the service was not on the par, an expectation that was beyond the understanding, and they tried to charge me for a court that never arrived. they go away theirs, even if the intention is beautiful. a sandwich on the kalas is worth this place! Serendipity bought us here for a late lunch before we crossed the border to frankreich to visit my year old dad. everything was perfect. the intention, our table, the eating and service. creepy charming waitress from the cote D’Ivoire bought us delicious rosé and...complete goat cheese salad, amuse bouche and big coffee. when we realized that it was a few days later the vatertag (september in nz) we all gathered together and booked a table to lunch. time meant three courses. of the same waitress and the matriarch. the restaurant is the perfect place on a summer day. the flowering terrace, the wine and the hotels spectacular location made our family an unforgettable one. three hours of strata, laugh and eat good. we loved this place.
We had the driest mediocre food at most astronomical price. don't let them be fooled, the beautiful terrace is not of beautiful food. more beautiful service. the competent “Grande dame” is perhaps the “Grifeu” after which the hotel is named. badly tempered and difficult, it ruined our meal. also, do not ask for a crippled water. only climate-damaging mineral water is available.
My wife and I stopped on the gray Sunday beginning juni. which views! what a service! she had the fish soup that was very nice, exactly what she wanted, and I had the bouillabaisse. it was the best of all time! each was done. fresh and beautifully prepared! each of the three fishes would have dared to be entree (and they were available as entrees) okay, in the suppe they were smaller than entree size, but they were sooo good!
We usually avoid hotel restaurants, but we found la terrassa through our loyal Michelin guide. this leader has never disappointed us and la terrassa was not a take. They're going past the hotel, they wouldn't have stopped there, but they had made a mistake. the one with the intention is worth the trip alone. when they add the very nice food and the good service, they have a great venue. we had a nice lunch there that enjoyed our meal there very much. recommend without delay.
