Alongside my mother were her four sons, two daughters, two sons-in-law, and her grandchildren and their fiancées. Everyone was impressed by the mouthwatering dishes we ordered. I started with the pâté served with mini pan loaves and rocket salad. The chicken liver pâté was delightful, and the mini pancakes were a refreshing change from the usual toast or bread. For my main dish, I had the beer-battered fish with chunky chips, mushy peas, and tartar sauce. The portion of fish was substantial, and the batter was perfectly crispy and golden on the outside, while the inside remained moist and not overly thick. It was probably the best fish and chips I've ever had. For dessert, I chose the crème brûlée with vanilla shortbread, which met all expectations: warm, creamy custard topped with thin, crispy caramelized sugar. The customer service was impeccable, and I want to thank the staff at The Padarn for providing one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. The birthday girl truly enjoyed every moment. We can't recommend this place enough; it was one of the highlights of our holiday in Snowdonia. Tom Berwick, Edinburgh

We received a warm welcome from a cheerful staff member. The food was absolutely outstanding—some of the best I've had in a long time! Everything was homemade, and the burger and chips were the best I've ever tasted. You could really tell that a lot of love and care went into the cooking. The chefs are incredibly talented! If you're looking for a relaxed, high-quality meal in Llanberis, this is definitely the place to go! Amazing experience, 10/10!

Despite the chilly weather outside, the heat inside was uncomfortable. Additionally, all the milk was spoiled, so I couldn't even make a cup of coffee. It was also quite noisy, and the overall experience did not justify the price of the stay. I would strongly recommend looking for other accommodations.

Although the restaurant was scheduled to open at 5:30 PM, they generously opened their doors early to accommodate us. The food was outstanding, and every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even providing water and a treat for the dogs. This is a fantastic place and definitely worth a visit.
