Kapuciner - Ljubljana

The place is located in a great location, a place close to the city centre. The interior is wonderfully elegant in design, with a trendy urban crowd. The terrace is a good place for a coffee in warm weather.

The place looks cozy from inside and some waiters are really friendly. The interior looks modern and nice, the small terrace has a nice view of Ljubljana castle (well, it depends where you're sitting. If you're sitting one of 2 tables left from the entrance, you can see the castle, otherwise you can't, because of the umbrellas). The thing that disturbed me the most about this place are the toilets. You think, that they would be nice and clean, all the important stuff there...well, you would be wrong. I was greeted with filthy toilet (because of urine), floors we're almost covered by it too, the button for flushing is full on missing. When you wanna wash your hands, good luck. You only get water and NO soap. I don't know how it is for the women's toilets, I didn't check it because of privacy and I have no business in there. The prices for everything is quite expensive but not much, compared to others. Around this place, you have few others, such as Pr' Skelet, which I suggest a lot. They also have nice offers during summer (maybe even throughout the year), where you buy 2 cocktails but you get 4 (same ones you ordered). TL;DR Place looks fancy and the location is great, but they don't pay a lot of small details regarding their customers. The waiting time is quite long, and the cleanliness of the place isn't their...high priority.

Very very unfriendly. They let us sit outside for 20 minutes, until we went in to find out they do not serve outside . With all nice and cosy coffee houses around it 's easy to avoid this place. Do so, not to get the wrong picture about people in Ljubljana.
