This location customer service is good and the food is great as well.The always cook my vegetables a well cooked specificications.The restaurant is usually clean and presentable.The menu has something for everyone.Fish,chicken,steak,Etc.You will love the harissa sauce if you want something with a kick.I love the kabobs and the meat is well seasoned.Try the limeade it will not disappoint. What Jade Mac doesn't like about Zoës Kitchen:
Today is 9/21/2022 (Wednesday) Literally locked the doors at 7:40pm and there are 3 people inside.I drove 20 minutes to get here. I won't be coming back.If the time online and on the door says 8pm, I expect to be able to be served until that time. If not change the hours.Going to Papouli's from now on. THEY close at 9pm. NO SERVICE... AT ALL. Well... I guess they don't serve my kind here.Walked in, no one in line, dining room rather empty and it's 12:30 pm. Two girls behind counter, one sitting on a stool, one counting a till. Cook in the back doing nothing.I look over the menu for quite a while and no offered to take my order. After a few more minutes, I left.One hollered out for me to have a nice day.
I tried the steak stack sandwich and was very impressed. The grilled potato salad made for a great combination.

Just left there with my food a bit ago and now I’m home and realized that they didn’t give me my potato salad ? they need to do better. I don’t feel like driving back to get it but I did pay for it so they need to make sure customers get ALL their food!
Ok. Guess like everywhere else the portions for my takeout order have certainly decreased. My order was not correct and missing a side I custom ordered. Ok,I guess , but my hard to come by too. Persuades me not to return if I don't get what I ordered and PAID dearly for .
