Sakura Poke Hibachi - Lizella

First, let 's talk about the egg drop soup. The egg drop soup had zero flavor. I had to add salt and pepper to it to get anything out of it. It 's really hard to mess up something as simple as egg drop soup. So the steak and shrimp teriyaki were $16. The steak was a cheap cut. I got it medium rare, and I was chewing on every bite of cheap roast that wasn 't seasoned...not even thrown in a sauce...just cooked meat. The shrimp was rubber, which means it was frozen at some point and over cooked. Shrimp is the last thing you cook if it 's in a meal. Teriyaki dish with zero teriyaki sauce in the Togo tray. I did get a cup of yumyum sauce. (what in the world is that? Mayonnaise based ginger? And I got fried rice...zero egg in the fried rice...zero vegetables in the fried rice...it 's just rice drowned in soy sauce. That 's not fried rice. Other than that the meal was amazing. ? I 'm glad we had seasonings and sauces when we got back to the house.

I wanted to wait until I had tried this place a few times before I gave a rating. Well this particular time I went to grab a bite to eat from Sakura Poke Hibachi I tried the hibachi plate with the chicken, shrimp, and steak. And usually the shrimp and chicken is cooked to perfection unfortunately not this time around. The steak was also cooked uneven, they use steak tips and each piece was cooked either medium or too well where the meat was tough to chew. The chicken pieces were also cooked uneven a couple pieces weren't done at all. And the shrimp was over cooked and not properly prepped. But upside to the plate the fried rice was on point as usual thank goodness!

I wish I could give them a five because their food is good ! But every time I order online there missing something that I pay extra for in my poke bowls or the wrong thing . And yall be careful with door dash if your lids not sealed fyi just saying sometimes they come half way full .

Polite, not over-crowded, not rushed, good food. A take-out atmosphere, but still relaxing to dine in.

This is the worst hibachi I have ever had. I was so disappointed the food had no flavor the chicken was very bland it was just awful
