I usually don't expect to have great customer service when you go to a place like krystal, but I will say that both the girl that took my order this morning and the guy that gave me my food were very kind and polite and I really appreciated their service View all feedback.
What Larry Tucker doesn't like about Krystal:
Had to wait for the grill to be cleaned. Was probably there 10 minutes. Took it to go but it was good once I got there. Chili cheese dog was pretty salty. No Krystal chili anymore. Greatly missed View all feedback.
Food was cold and didn’t have extra pickles like I ordered. Drink was wrong also. I was on break. So I couldn’t go back to return it.
First last krystal's burger. Very dirty place. Poorly ran. Even lemonade was bad.
Open but no one in drive thru answered nor did they answer the phone
My experience is great other then how slow it is in the Drive Through
