Excellent pinsa I would say, unfortunately it is served on a wooden tray with yellow paper on it, which inevitably in the case of buffalo mozzarella which runs and melts, moistens the bottom and the yellow paper becomes a mush mixed with the bottom of the pinsa dough, so you you find yourself eating paper and dough, which is neither nice to look at nor healthy I think, I deduce that it also happens for other condimen...
