Tony Ba'lony's Detroit Style Subs

Tony Ba’loneys makes the best sub sandwiches in Southeast Michigan. Their turkey sub is my absolute favorite, but the Cuban and Italian are both delicious as well. I will drive from Wixom to Livonia any time I can to get it. You have to be patient when you order. (I found out today that they have a new online system that they are utilizing which should make online ordering easier. but if you order in person I would advise to be patient at the window if you aren’t automatically helped because the wait is always worth it. The prices are reasonable and you get a good amount of food. I have had no issues at all with the customer service, either. If you are polite to them they are polite to you. My only complaint is that I wish they were closer to me so I could go more often.

Let me start by saying the food is wonderful love they subs…. But the way they were just talking to me and my coworker is outrageous they are beyond rude I guess this was the owner I asked him what’s wrong with his (cashier) energy why he being rude when we just asking question his responds was I been in business for 40yrs and I said yes your customers keeping you in business just because your short with only 2 people don’t give you the right to be rude….. but now it makes sense I’m a African American and he was rude but a white guy walks up energy totally different he greeted him with a smile and a hi how you doing… I’ll never spend my money here again they rude af

Guy who owns or runs the joint is an absolute tool. Get off my lawn you kids, kind of grouchy.

BBQ chicken sub was delicious, could use more sauce but I'm a sauce person for sure. Tony was very nice and the sandwich was delicious, fresh bread!
