Waitress was nice, drink wasnât worth it, our food was wrong but the waitress accommodated. Overall decent experience.
Service was terrible, eating was cold, terrible experience, not recommended if they are looking for a nice dinner reservation. very disappointed
It wasnât told to us that alcoholic beverages would not be able to be served until we were done eating. The waitress took our drink orders at the beginning and by the time we were through our meal, came back and told us the drinks couldnât be made. We were told our bill will be comped for the inconvenience but then weâre given a dollar off gift card. Havenât been to red lobster in a while. Wonât be coming back. Being short staffed is one thing, but let the customer know ahead of time so there wonât be any surprises.
The Livonia location is the nicest location weâve been to. Rita was our server and she was fantastic! Great experience overall.
