Qdoba Mexican Eats - Livonia

I've been going to this location for a couple years and watched it slowly go down the drain. It is definitely the worse it has been. The store is dirty and the employees are completely rude. They barely speak and get mad if u come before 12 for lunch. Yesterday, I heard them commenting that it's not even lunch yet and they acted like they didn't want to serve me. They just stood around talking. I asked for a burrito bowl. She scraped the bottom of the pan for the rice and didn't have fajita veggies. Barely enough chicken for the scoop you get. The girl said the other girl hasn't started cooking yet. It's 11:30 and the lunch rush would start at 12. Why wasn't food being prepared instead of standing around talking? Does that mean the rice and chicken that I got was left over from the night before? It had to be because there was nothing cooked as of 11:30. The grill was clean. And Don't make the mistake of ordering online. You won't get half of what you order and the chips are nasty. Also, the amount you get isn't even worth what you pay for. I picked up my order and had to check the bag to make sure it wasn't empty. Couldn't even tell a burrito bowl, queso and chips were in the bag. They just make the portions really small so they don't have to cook more or refill the bins. Just shut this place down or hire a new manager that knows what they are doing. At least the employees before now didnt speak, but they at least had fresh food and didn't give you a half empty bowl.

Usually I love this place. Today, however, I got to walk in to am empty restaurant, with two people leaving, two people behind the counter and us. The two ladies looked up at us and said nothing as we watched the girl with pink hair blow her nose, look up again and still say nothing to us. We left without ordering after about 2-3 minutes of awkward silence. We'll be going to an alternate location, thanks. I guess it was at least cool they were discussing how to fill an online order? Trying at least.

Just stopped in to grab a quick bite on the way home. Sad they discontinued shrimp but none the less food was delicious. Friendly staff. They had sweet tea today and it’s my favorite. Don’t know why people talk down about this place when they’re always open and have very good customer service skills.

Everyday it’s a different experience. Never know what I’m going to experience. I go in everyday for lunch and everyone’s personalities are amazing. The move that line like it’s second nature. Always happy and smiling. 10/10 and I wish I could leave more stars. Food always fresh hot and seasoned well. Chips are to die for.

Good service,nice people delicious food . Big chicken burrito 3 soft taco's done. All out of tortilla chips.Dang it! Love them with salsa guacamole. Dip Away! Make it your way 2. Lot's of choices 2. Plenty of items 2 choose from 2 put on your food. Try it out!!!! I had to stop in here for Taco Tuesday night . Good authentic Mexican food restaurant or something
