The sign outside said smoothie. It was a protein shake : I might have misunderstood but why say smoothie? I ended up tossing it out. There was also a dog in the store that didn’t appear to be a service dog. On the patio sure but inside at the bar? Lil gross. Service was great. View all feedback.
I come to NF occasionally. My blood pressure was elevated one particular day that I went in for a shake. Literally as I was drinking the shake, The headache from my blood pressure issue starting subsiding. Don’t know if it was from the shake or just a placebo effect but I certainly felt much better.??

Not good. Shakes here compared to Livonia Nutrition are garbage. Has gotten way over priced these past years. It was $9.24 for a shake. Don't care for this place anymore as a treat every once in a while. Their not even very nutritious just a pyramid scheme for a company. Would not recommend supporting this.
Don't support Herbalife and other MLMs shilling this ****. Find a registered dietician.
Love the friendly customer service and the shakes are delicious, My new go to spot area.
