What M doesn't like about Chicken Shack Livonia:
Do not bother visiting this restaurant! It was the worst meal I have ever had at a Shack. After spending $80, I received burnt mushrooms, overcooked tenders, chicken, and bites. On top of that, they forgot to give me the coleslaw I had paid for. I will not be returning because this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I gave them another chance, but it was even worse than before. View all feedback.

If you return your food, they will just put it back in the warmer and sell it to another customer later.
