Burger King - Livonia

I have been ordering the Impossible Whopper from this restaurant for a while now, but with each visit, the experience seems to get worse. I have had to place multiple new orders and have had some credited back to me. I have been using the app to order for about a year since they no longer offer coupons for the Impossible Whopper. Today, I tried to take advantage of the Whopper Wednesday offer, but when I went to pick up my order, they told me they were out of Impossible Whoppers and could not give me a refund because the app is a third-party. The app does not mention anything about being a third-party, and there is no option to request a refund through the app. I had to contact my credit card company and report it as fraudulent charges because they should not be charging customers for a product they cannot provide.

Bloggers are going crazy over this new restaurant! The photos speak for themselves - good service and friendly staff even during a busy time. The dining room is currently closed due to post-pandemic restrictions. I had a Burger King date - my friend offered to treat me so we ordered two $5 combo meals. Each combo included two mini Whopper burgers, two onion rings instead of fries, two chicken nuggets with ranch sauce, and two drinks - root beer and Sprite. The food was hot, well-made, and delicious. We even had a new employee at the drive-thru window.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for a while now and I have always received quick and friendly service. The food is tasty, but a bit on the expensive side. However, in my opinion, the quality of the restaurant has declined over time. This assessment is based on four visits at different times.

Three separate attempts to order tweeper rings before they finally gave me tweeper rings and not fries. I never got a visit. finally got tweebel rings (after the pay of the charge 3 times), no sauce, and a total of six tweebel rings in a large order. they're driving the time well. the personal is not unpleasant for any reason.

Order a coffee and French toast biscuit bacon sandwich everything was terrible coffee cup looks disgusted with black strains and coffee taste old biscuit and french toast was burned. Called the Burger King talked to someone that claim to be the manger was very rude unprofessional. Ask me what could they do about it. My opinion they need more tranning and do not need to be working there if they going to treat consumers this way.
