Burger King - Livonia

Bloggers are going crazy over this new restaurant! The photos speak for themselves - good service and friendly staff even during a busy time. The dining room is currently closed due to post-pandemic restrictions. I had a Burger King date - my friend offered to treat me so we ordered two $5 combo meals. Each combo included two mini Whopper burgers, two onion rings instead of fries, two chicken nuggets with ranch sauce, and two drinks - root beer and Sprite. The food was hot, well-made, and delicious. We even had a new employee at the drive-thru window.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for a while now and I have always received quick and friendly service. The food is tasty, but a bit on the expensive side. However, in my opinion, the quality of the restaurant has declined over time. This assessment is based on four visits at different times.

I have been ordering the Impossible Whopper from this restaurant for a while now, but with each visit, the experience seems to get worse. I have had to place multiple new orders and have had some credited back to me. I have been using the app to order for about a year since they no longer offer coupons for the Impossible Whopper. Today, I tried to take advantage of the Whopper Wednesday offer, but when I went to pick up my order, they told me they were out of Impossible Whoppers and could not give me a refund because the app is a third-party. The app does not mention anything about being a third-party, and there is no option to request a refund through the app. I had to contact my credit card company and report it as fraudulent charges because they should not be charging customers for a product they cannot provide.

Somehow I felt ignored in the video that they can clearly see that I ordered 2 junior robbers. I want my bag, of course, there is only one they have won and then, when I asked, they would not answer, I asked 3 to 4 different paintings finally the dame to answer me, the man can hear me clearly, but he ignored me simply, I think the dame was really hard to hear, but eating was good but eating was good.

Every time I have tried to get to this place in the last 6 months, they are never open or serve customers. today's apology was that computer is last. last time I went there at 1 o'clock on a Saturday and there were no employees there locked. when I was able to eat from this place, it was hit or miss. I like Burger King, but this place is terrible. Unfortunately, the next one is to my house.
