I ordered a Double with cheese... I think the price of cheese is an add-on is on the ridiculous side... The burger was great hot fresh onions crisp tasty I have ONE complaint though.. there's no flavor on the meat it needs salt and pepper desperately just a dash here and there... I'll try it one more time and if they haven't changed I just won't come back that's all. I think I seen chili on the menu, I may try that a... View all feedback.

(Updated Review) Used to be 5 star burger location. Now 2.5 stars. Last couple of times here, the service has gotten worse. Probably won't be returning. Terrible service. If you want 5 guys type burgers at a fraction of the cost, try this place. Good burgers with over 25 toppings to choose from. Also, they serve fresh-cut fries.

Ain’t gonna lie; this place was simple as ABC! Clean, friendly staff and simple menu. Prices were ok, food was really good! Burgers had a classic, fresh and flavorful hit to the mouth. Fries were really good, came out crispy which was great for me! Imma come back for sure!
Bigg Burger is normally my favorite Burger Spot. Before I share more, I do want to say the service is outstanding. Great people. However, the quality of the burger has diminished for me. It appears they have changed the beef they use or went to a pre-made patty. Previously it was like their burgers were smash burgers and made fresh. I am not sure if they have changed or not but my burger today was not that good.
I would choose their burger over any chain burger! ? ? ?? I didn’t really like the fries but the others in my group did. I recommend the single with tomato, lettuce, pickles, ketchup and mustard.
Bigg Bummer*. Manager on staff didn’t have a clue what I ordered, over-charged us, and got super sassy when I asked
