I was searching for a vegan restaurant in Livingston and came across Mc Tropic! I enjoyed a delicious raw pad thai on the terrace with a view of the sea. I highly recommend it. View all feedback.

I recommend that you try the matcha coconut (cold or hot) is delicious, creamy and the best is that it is lactose free and the coconut milk is made at home! updated since the previous review the 2019-04-06
The beautiful upper patio offers a lovely view of the water, but unfortunately, the portion sizes at this restaurant are quite small. The main meals are almost appetizer-sized, and the value for money is not great. I ended up ordering two main courses in order to feel satisfied, but even then, the portion sizes were disappointing. It's disappointing because I was excited to find a vegan restaurant in Livingston, but the food did not meet my expectations. The burger lacked flavor and was served with a side of only a few small potato pieces. The rice and beans bowl was also small, with only about half a cup of rice, four plantain pieces, and some beetroot on top. I hate to leave a negative review, but it's important to note that if you have a big appetite, you may not be satisfied with the portion sizes here. The restaurant itself is nice, and the view of the water is beautiful. Hopefully, in the future, the owner will increase the portion sizes so that this issue can be resolved.

The upper terrace of the restaurant offers a stunning view of the water, but unfortunately the portion sizes are very small. The main meals are more like appetizers in terms of size, and the price does not justify the amount of food given. I had to order two main courses to feel somewhat satisfied, but even then, the portions were still disappointing. It's a shame because I was excited to try a vegan restaurant in Livingston, but it did not meet my expectations. The burger lacked flavor and was served with only a few small potato pieces. The rice and bean bowl was also small and lacked taste. I hate to leave a negative review, but it's important to note that those with big appetites may not be satisfied here. The restaurant is beautiful and the water view is amazing, so hopefully, in the future, there will be larger portion sizes so guests can enjoy the experience fully.
