Shake Shack Livingston At The Circle

I love shake shack but, the service here sucked. Ordered pick up and it took 10 minutes for someone to ask if I was picking up. Had several employees just stare at me and not ask me anything. I could have just walked behind the counter and got my order myself.

At 20.00 for a plain burger and fries, the fries should be warm. Other than cold fries it was good.

Stopped by to grab a burger tonight…and they’re just NOT as good as when they started. The meat was still good but there was hardly any lettuce, tomato and sauce. The flavor just wasn’t there. Fries were still good. I kind of went out of my way to get there and doubt I will be doing that again just not worth the trip.

Good food. Nice interior. Food was made quick and tasted good. They have tvs that have kids programs and have sports. Staff are nice.

I don't have any complaints with this particular location. My children rated it a 10 out of 10. You know children are the worst and most honest critic! I like the little thank you note that came with my dine-in experience. They also have seating outdoors. Plenty of parking. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger which is really good.
