The food was delicious, earning a solid rating of 4 out of 5. I particularly recommend the French fries, which were perfectly crispy, and the tasty Diablo Jack. The Classic Buttery Jack and the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger were also highlights that I think everyone should try. The service was prompt and friendly, contributing to the overall positive experience, so I give it a score of 4. We went to the drive thru and ordered 4 tacos....2 without sauce. This is what both of my tacos looked like. This is how they prepared them. I didn't take a photo of the other one because I opened it up and it came undone. That was me, not them. Needless to say, those tacos were cold and hard, not crunchy and the cheese was even colder. They had obviously been sitting out for a while. Very disappointing! Food: 1
