What Gino Leffler doesn't like about Anthony Francos Pizza:
30 minutes check. Simple disc. After 30 minutes, the outer crust was decently hard and a bit too thick for my personal preference, the crunch could be described as satisfying when folding the pane in half. As for taste of crust I would say its solid 4/10, cheese taste comes at 7/10, not very strict at the 30-minute brand. As for oil, it was too much for me, it had to be softened with a paper cloth, otherwise it drips everywhere. Some like it. I don't. I would say if I felt like pizza, but nothing special or interesting, and it doesn't matter to pay over the typical cut price. Sure. Why not.
They serve the best Greek salad I've ever had—I order it several times a week! Their pasta dishes are also delicious, especially the angel hair puttanesca. The staff is fantastic, and I have to give a shoutout to their delivery person, Leo, who is great. My compliments to the team!
The pizza here is incredible, particularly the cheese pizza! The service is excellent, and the staff is extremely friendly. This is definitely a must-visit while you’re in the area!
I tried the 30-minute pizza special. The crust was a bit too thick and hard for my liking, but it did have a satisfying crunch when folded in half. I'd rate the crust a solid 4 out of 10, while the cheese was better at a 7 out of 10, even though it might not stand out at the 30-minute mark. There was quite a bit of oil on it; I had to dab it with a paper towel to avoid a greasy mess. Some people might enjoy that, but it's not for me. Overall, if you're craving pizza and don’t mind paying a bit more for something ordinary, this could be a decent option.
This place is really downhill. I waited almost 15 minutes to be recognized by someone at the counter, and when I was finally recognized by someone, they were very rude and then burned my discs. They used to work a good group of people there, what happened? I will definitely not come back.
What happened to this place, all the employees that were there before are gone! Now they have employees which are rude and know nothing. No table service when I went in. One of the employees Vass very rude! The previous staff were so nice and helpful. Won't be going there again, and I have been using AF for so many years and my friends won't be either. Best part of that place was the employees.
