McDonald's - Liverpool

I wasted my time turning off the Hume Highway to buy lunch at 1.40pm only to be ignored as I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to order. When I did get attended to I was told I couldn't have the lunch time Mcfeast Burger Special because it was 2pm. I wasted my time speaking to the Assistant Manager who ignored my request for the deal as I had been ignored for 15 minutes waiting at the counter to be served. The assistant manager told me to ring Head office. The Area Manager rang me to apologise and said the assistant manager should have helped me. Don't waste your time!

This was the worst McDonalds I have been to by far. Drive thru service was terrible, was told to park the car to wait for the food. There were no parking spaces left for this to happen. The food we received was actually cold with all the chips being cold.

My partner and I enjoyed hot coffee and banana loaf. We also used the Internet to catch up on emails and Facebook.

Twice my 20 pieces chicken nuggets only have 19. Feels like someone is playing a joke on us or something.

Hello, I really enjoy this restaurant. The food quality is excellent and the seating area is comfortable. The customer service is good and they have their own parking space. This McDonald's also has a children's playground. It is the only halal certified McDonald's in Liverpool, NSW, catering to the Muslim community's dietary requirements. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
