I came to town and stayed next to KFC on 7th. North. It was at 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday and we ordered a 3pc meal and chalupas. My husband went in and talked to Hailey. I recently visited a franchise location after a long time and was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and the friendly, customer-oriented atmosphere. Thank you to the staff! I was so impressed that I took a moment to compliment the manager on duty. I stopped by on a whim while waiting for transportation with the CSX crew, and since the wait was longer than expected, I decided to treat myself to lunch. The organizational skills I observed seemed to stem not only from military discipline—given the location near an Air Force base—but also from effective management practices. I look forward to returning when I'm back in Liverpool, NY!
This is my first-ever one-star review. I've had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location. I’ve waited in line for 45 minutes multiple times when I’ve arrived around 9 PM. It feels like the management doesn't care about the customers' experience. I’ve received the wrong orders several times, and they haven’t even apologized for the mistakes. The staff seems to lack professionalism and doesn’t take their jobs seriously. To the management team: if you truly want to improve your business, start listening to customer complaints and address them properly.
I've had the worst experience at this KFC Taco Bell. I waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my grilled cheese box after they put it on the counter. The store manager was unhelpful and didn't take any action. This isn't the first time I've faced issues here; something similar happened two weeks ago, which I dismissed as being due to a busy rush. However, this time, they weren’t even busy. To top it off, the sandwich I received was cold. Unbelievable!
Terrible wait. Noone even greeted us upon arrival. At 9pm no choice in chicken but original. Not even asked to wait to drop more. Just terrible.. won't be to this location again. Bye.
The female at the register was extremely rude to us and paid little to no attention to our orders. She seemed to be working in slow motion because every time we asked a question or added an item to our order, she would just sit and stare at us like wewere stupid or wasting her time. She basically wanted nothing to do with us. We also got our orders late and had missing itemslike drinks or plastic sporks to eat with. What were we supposed to eat with our Famous Bowls? Our hands? She was also beingrude to customers before and after us. Please avoid this location at all costs.
