As for the food, it was actually quite decent— I ordered the mega mixed grill, which was filling and flavorful, although the steak was a bit dry. The music was excessively loud, making it nearly impossible to think, especially with the chaos from that family. To top off the experience, I saw a chef walking in and out of the kitchen with a cigarette hanging from his mouth, which he eventually lit.

This is a charming little restaurant. Even though they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for on the menu, the service was exceptional and the staff was very welcoming. The food we did order was delicious, well-presented, and of good quality, albeit a tad salty. The desserts were fantastic and generously portioned! There was a lovely family atmosphere, with many children around, which was perfect for us as pub-goers. Overall, I definitely recommend this place!
This is an outstanding, family-friendly pub that we enjoy visiting regularly with our children. The food is delicious and affordable, with a great selection on the menu. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. It's also a wonderful venue for community events; I run a local charity, and we're always warmly welcomed to hold our team meetings in the functional space. Highly recommended!
That was my first visit to the hillfoot. I found the personal very pleasant. it was a busy day for them various functions. the standard of the food was excellent although we have eaten an arranged buffet. in any case visit again
And in for a few drinks during the Liverpool Tottenham match, it was a great night. Was served really quickly and was served with a smile. Jamie and Joanne were amazing with all of my party! They made us feel welcome, had great banter, and made us laugh all night!
