Contribute FeedbackIn a recent exploration of the local Subway, experiences varied widely among patrons. While some delighted in friendly staff and fresh ingredients, others faced long waits, unkempt counters, and poor service. Issues ranged from malfunctioning payment systems to questionable hygiene practices, such as staff failing to change gloves when preparing different orders. Positive encounters highlighted helpful employees and a clean atmosphere, offering a stark contrast to the negative feedback. Overall, the establishment is left with an inconsistent reputation, balancing moments of commendable service against instances that prompt customers to reconsider returning. Cleanliness and attentiveness remain critical for improvement.
Me and my boyfriend are on our first trip together and we were hungry. This has to be the best subway we have been to. Jay was extremely friendly helping us with what toppings were which. When I mentioned I’m doing a scrapbook she went out of her way to give me 10 of the stickers. We will defo be coming back to this one Thank you so much
Quality shop and customer service phenomenal the food was exceptional and was stunning. The best subway in Liverpool staff are quality too.
Went here today for lunch about 1pm. Was a really nice subway with a lovely atmosphere. Staff were very friendly especially the male member of staff. Sorry didn’t get his name. Was given the usual choices for my sandwich but it just looked nicer than it usually does (often find they don’t put that much on) was fantastic and I wil definetly be back. 5 stars.
Pub hopping around Ranelagh Street my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Subway outlet along Ranelagh Street, a Subway outlet we've been to on quite a few occasions. Nest and tidy interior, glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer and the staff in this outlet are so friendly, we had cheese, ham and salad baguettes made up ,fresh ingredients, crispy baguettes, such a tasty filling snack ,it was just what we needed to set us up for a few hours. This Subway is easy to locate along Ranelagh Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 9am till 10pm. Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.
Myself and my partner came here to grab a subway before our train the place was pretty empty had around two people sat at the table. No one was in front of us in the que so we thought we’d be served quickly. We stood for about five minutes watching the staff member make a sub who for I don’t know as I said it was pretty empty) he might have been making one for a delivery, anyway , we wasn’t acknowledged or told we’d be seen to soon, he walked past us into the kitchen briefly too. We eventually left as we had a train to catch so didn’t end up eating. Not trying to be pedantic but just a “sorry I’ll be with you both in a minute” wouldn’t of hurt as it is basic customer service skills.
