Steve's Fish - Liverpool

I was happy with my food order , from this chip shop. Seems a new person has took over. Premises is very clean too. Food was lovely, was really nice. I would definitely recommend to other people.

The staff is super friendly and nice! Loved the service and the way we where treated! The food was delicious and it’s a big portion size! Will comeback for sure!

Called in on the way home after work, haven’t had a chippy tea in months. Decided to stop at Steve’s after driving past a few and seeing them empty (never a good sign). Steve’s was chocker, I can see why! A laugh and great food!! Ordered special fried rice, salt and pepper Sui mais, spring rolls, chips and a carton of curry. I was told there was a 10-15 minute wait on Chinese meals which wasn’t a problem to me. As I waited there was a few phone orders and deliveries going out each meal looked amazing. The least I saw someone spend was £14ish (always a good sign to me). The time was ready for my order to be bagged, it was just on the 15 minute wait which I’d of happily waited longer if needed, good food shouldn’t be rushed! The price was really reasonable, portion size was above what I expected (I’ll be having it for dinner tomorrow as well) it fed me and my partner and there was enough for another if needed. Long story short give it a try. The menu was extensive, I didn’t look at it until I’d ordered, I knew what I fancied and I’d happily go through a few dishes on the menu. It’s so easy not to compliment good food and good service but jump on the negatives. Gem of a chippy will defiantly be calling in again but won’t be leaving it as long as I have for a chippy tea!

Left our order hanging for an hour before deciding to cancel it when we'd all gotten very hungry indeed.

I went there today and ordered a small fish. It was so salty that it was inedible. I don't know what type of fish it was. They refunded me the money. From now on will stick to my local.
