Pret A Manger - Liverpool

Food I had was delicious. They are pricey, but quality stands out. Staff were lovely too.

A spacious Pret on the edge of the main L1 shopping area and a lot quieter than the one opposite John Lewis. Everything on the flat, with a good selection of hot/cold drinks snacks. Loads of seating inside a bit of seating available outside. This is our second visit, friendly staff clean.

I usually go for a simple soy latte since regular milk doesn't sit well with me. However, since the service was more personal than the usual fast-paced morning routine, I decided to ask about the coconut drink I had never tried before. The two employees at the register were incredibly helpful and presented it in a way that felt genuine and sincere. While I do enjoy trying new things, I've found that coconut-flavored products can sometimes taste like body lotion or Bounty bars. I explained my hesitations to them, and they went above and beyond by offering me a sample on the house. I was both surprised and delighted; the coconut drink tasted remarkably similar to a full-fat hazelnut syrup beverage—without any milk or syrup! It felt indulgent yet healthy. Afterward, I checked the nutritional information online and was blown away. How can something that tastes so indulgent also be good for you? I'm very grateful to Pret and their team for this experience; they've converted me, and this will now be my go-to spot before catching my train!

The restaurant has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, serves decent coffee, and offers delicious food. The staff is consistently friendly.

I visited yesterday with my sister and niece, who were there for the first time. We enjoyed filter coffees and delicious cakes, and I was very impressed. We will definitely be coming back!
