We went to this restaurant specifically to celebrate a friend's birthday with a bottle of champagne. After a visit to Tate Liverpool for coffee and cake, we decided to stop in and enjoy the view overlooking Albert Docks. From inside Pan-Am, we could see the Museum of Liverpool, Open Eye gallery, and the three graces. We chose to sit in one of the booths, which appeared a bit old and could use some renovation. Beautiful meal eaten here. Attentive staff. Lovely relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Not too long to wait for food. Perfectly cooked and delicately served. Would highly recommend dining here.
