Munchies - Liverpool

Do not order from this restaurant if you are expecting good food. The quality is comparable to prison food.

We received a pizza box from this restaurant, but there was no pizza inside! When we called to inquire about our order, they told us they were busy and abruptly ended the call. After patiently explaining our situation on a second call, they once again rudely hung up on us. We were shocked by the poor service, and are still without our pizza.

The restaurant blatantly ignored my special request in the order notes. When I called to address the issue, they shifted the blame to Uber Eats and insisted that I come to the restaurant in person to place the order correctly. They hung up on me twice when I tried to discuss why they wouldn't accommodate a simple request for a garlic bread without cheese. Their behavior was completely unacceptable. The restaurant had the opportunity to call and confirm the order details but chose not to.

Still yet to receive my food and it apparently left the shop an hour ago! Absolute joke. Called the shop and when I eventually got through, the guy was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Will never ever order from here again and will be getting my money back. STAY AWAY.

Ordered the cheesecake from munchies and I have to say it was delightful, the ratio of biscuit to cheese was beyond perfect and I’m very particular about my ratios. The tomato base of the pizza went perfectly with my cat bowl of water, a perfect combo!!! A beautiful Wednesday night supper fine dining and drinking wine: munchies has my heart and soul and I will now convert to munchies religion and start a cult, anyone welcome to join I LOVE MUCHIES AND I WILL DIE FOR MUCHIES( also goes perfect with soy sauce
