While some patrons praise the staff's friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile, others express disappointment over sloppy food presentation and frequent order inaccuracies. Long wait times, especially during busy hours, and cleanliness issues are recurring themes, with tables often left uncleaned. Despite these inconsistencies, the restaurant remains a popular spot for people-watching and casual dining. However, a call for improved service efficiency and better management practices is evident among guests seeking a more reliable experience.

McDonald's was a typical fast-food restaurant with quick service, but it was extremely busy when I went there.

The drinks were watered down, disgusting. Worse hot chocolate that I had but I know the standards are not like that. Donuts available for sale but actually were run out. Tables dirty
